As human spirits we each have the power to initiate healing of our bodies.  I am attuned to Usui Reiki and Kundalini Reiki. 

Reiki is a technique that promotes stress reduction, relaxation and healing.  The Reiki practitioner is the conduit and director of spiritually guided life force energy to flow to the receiver.  Reiki treats the complete person; the body, emotions, mind and spirit and is a safe method of spiritual healing. 

During a Reiki session, I send long distance Reiki for 30-45 minutes.  I will then send to you a report on any intuitive insights that I receive.
